I have a Holley 650 Double pumper 4150 series where is the power valve front or rear bowl or do I have two?

when i replaced me spark plugs the front four where fouled. Is it safe to assume that the front power valve is gone? Is there an easy way to check with taking the carb apart?

My 750 DP only has one in the front. A quick way to check is when the car is idling put your finger over the vent tube on the carb. If the motor floods out within seconds it is bad. If it continues to run the PV is OK.

Are you sure that it's a double pumper (accellerator pumps on both primaries and secondaries)? DP's come from the factory with pv's (and jets) on both ends but racers sometimes eliminate the secondary pv and compensate with larger jets.
