Default Over Sized Screw Holes

The Bubba'(s) that there there before me used a multiple of different screws including sheet metal, wood, etc. for trim screws. I know I can fill the fiberglass ones and redrill the hole but what about the metal ones?
What is the best way to reduce these holes back to the orginial size so I can use the correct trim screws. :mad

Put a piece of wire or a paperclip in the screw hole and then run the screw into it. the paperclip will reduce the size of the hole enough to make the screw grab.

See if bubba left some JB Weld in there. You can fill the holes and then drill and screw.
