Is this the blue label? If so, I believe it goes on the door itself, about 2/3 of the way up from the bottom. That's where it is on my '71. Not sure about '69 for sure, but I'm guessing it's the same.

The Assembly Instruction Manual will show you where all factory labels and stickers were orignally placed.
