Default '69 Seat Frame Question ...

For those of you who have had your seat backs uncovered, I'm curious to know if all seat backs had the mounting holes for the shoulder belt guides?

Following the assembly manual directions, I keep feeling along the top of my frame feeling for the holes so I can puncture the covers and mount the guides I bought. But I can't seem to locate them.

I can't believe that GM would have bothered to make two separate frames ... (with and without holes) but this is the place to ask. Stranger things have happened.

Anyone??

Mine has them, but then again, my car has shoulder harnesses. I would think they are on all of them, but that vinyl or leather might be kind of thick to be able to feel that small of a hole through.
