Default Chrome bumpers, rechrome or new

I in the process of either replace the bumpers or just have them rechromed
Whats the best approach and which one is cost effective.

From what i have seen, it is best to rechrome them. You know they will fit right, cost a little less then new bumpers, and the triple chrome plating finish has a better shine and clarity then a new bumper will have. Rechroming will make the bumpers show quality instead of new quality.

I agree. Some people have problems with the fit of new bumpers, especially the front. If it is bent just a slight bit off it will look terrible.

And you will probably rechrome the new ones because the shine on OEM chrome is not good enough anymore.
