Any way to prevent the steering wheel from turning so far?
At full lock my tires in the front rub the fender just a bit. Is there some kind of end stop I can set to prevent that?

The club works very well at limiting steering wheel travel.

There is a stop on the lower A arm which can be extended to limit the steering travel. It stops the steering arm. It will make your turning circle bigger but I expect you knew this.
