Running shoulder seat belt through stock seats?
I installed the camaro shoulder belts in place of the factory lap only belts. The problem is that the shoulder belt is always in the way of closing the door. Is there any place I could buy parts to allow me to run the shoulder belt through the seat back? I have looked in a couple of different catalogs, Ecklers, Corvette America, and have not seen it. They do not carry them or I am looking in the wrong place.

I run a 4 point harness, the boys vetoed the 5th crotch belt. Anyway my seats are 75 and they have a chrome insert in the seat that has blanked off holes to pass the shoulder straps through the seat at shoulder height. I removed this chrome piece and milled slots in it then had the apolsteriers??? do the necessary work for passing the 2 shoulder belts through the seat.
Worked great and it looks factory.
