Default Radiator and Fan Advice

Since I'm rebuilding the '77 and trying not to take any shortcuts, should I get a new radiator and fan? I've heard good stuff about the Be Cool Radiators and Electric fans. Which ones do I get?

I'm well pleased with the DeWitt's aluminum radiator and Spal electric fans.

I would suggest an aluminum radiator from Be Cool, and use 90-96 Corvette electric fans. Use the serpentine system that Vintage Air just came out with as a kit, or else source the brackets and stuff from a 1989 Corvette.

Definitely go with a Spal fan. It is the best fan out there and will cool better than anything else. For radiators you have alot of good choices with Griffin, BeCool, and Dewitts. I personally am running a stock replacement that a previous owner placed in. It worked good before the Spal fan upgrade, but now with the fan the car never sees over 190 degrees. I just used the single 16 inch fan alot of others on this forum have the dual Spal fans.

I got a Griffin from DeWitts and used 96 C4 fans. I am using TPI serpentine system with an 85 alternator-)uses C3 plug).
