Default Engine and headers in - exhaust/muffler questions

Engine in! Dynamax ceramic coated headers fit very well. I have a 75 coupe with 350/auto - now the questions:
1. Can I order a dual exhaust for install or does it need to be custom install?
2. What is correct muffler size and inlet/outlet position?
3. Can I buy Flowmasters with the stock looking downturn on the muffler?

Thanks for the help guys!
Bob

...don't know about the Flowmasters...

Even "headder-back" systems will require some custom bending/fab'ing to mate to your header flange. There are several purchase options available from major suppliers(Mid-America, Corvette Central, etc) or Summit for example depending on the dia and type exhaust your lookin for. Flowmaster's website has application guide to help with correct selection but yu will need to look elsewhere for the stock turndown or you can easily make your own out of something like headder extensions with a chop saw and add tips.

I purchased the Hooker "headder back" system and it bolted right up to my new delta 40s.

I went went with the hooker 2-1/4" header-back system as well. Good price
for mandrel bent. Only when I routed them under the crossmember n bolted em to header(Dynomax 1-5/8' primaries) collector flange then looked at em from back both muffflers(FM 40's) and turndowns were on a skew. I really wanted em to route thru crossmember for ground clearance so I straightened everthin out lookin from back, cut pipe jus behind crossmember n had thru member transition pieces fab'd n installed for $20. Turndown pieces fit fine but wound up fab'ing new larger ones to help with noise.

For my 71 I went to an exhaust shop and had them bend my exhaust up for me and weld in the Hooker mufflers I had. It cost me about 300 dollars for them to bend and weld in the pipes from the header back.

I could have went cheaper, but the other shops I looked at I do not think I could trust them with my car.
