Default Quick release passenger seat-ideas needed

if i could remove it quickly i could bring home larger items. like a 25" tv. might be able to take a block to the machine shop. u get the idea.
so i need a quick release that won't rattle.
(not an ejection seat) :lol:

Idea #1 - four stainless studs with wing-nuts.

Idea #2 - small lever actuated hold-downs (seen 'em for workbenches) and 4 short alignment studs

I think idea #1 is elegantly simple and cheap. Add a lock washer to keep it
from getting loose and rattling.


EDIT - Be careful how much weight you throw in there. I know people weight
quite a bit, but that is distributed at the four corners of the seat, where the
floor meets a vertical part. Lots of weight right in the middle of the floor may
cause some damage.
