Default HVAC vacuum control question

I have my console apart for some repairs, and was wondering how to clean or rebuild the vacuum control (the one with 7 vac ports).
Is it actually serviceable? The vacuum hoses and the rubber mounting section look great, but I do notice a slight vacuum leak when running, and I am assuming it is from the valve itself.

As always....any suggestions are greatly appreciated

The parts houses have them. At least they had the one for mine at The Last Detail for $12.

That's one of Chey's "better" ideas  that didn't work too well. They are a PIA at best.
