ZZ4 and Idle with AC on
So with the stock engine, idle is stabilized when the AC is turned on via the Idle Speed Solenoid...ZZ4 guys...how do you stabilize?
Have you transfered the solenoid to the ZZ4, attaching it to the throttle cable? Used another trick?

What problem do you have exactly? I have the ZZ4, and factory air. Don't have an idle solenoid, and haven't experienced any trouble with idle while the AC is running. I am running an Edlebrock carb, which I LOVE, BTW, not nearly as fussy as the Holley, and there is just a direct link from gas pedal to throttle linkage.

Yes yes the zz4 engine is just like your old one same stuff applies. Hook-up your idle solenoid and be done with it.

I've got the Edelbrock MPFI...it self-adjusts pretty well after it's warm...but cold it spits and sputters a bit if you turn on the a/c...I'll see if I can find the ol' solenoid...
