Default Calling all aftermarket sidepipe users - would these look cool, or what? Your opinion??

It took me a long time to find these- and go figure, I found them on a Cobra site. I have black Hooker pipes, how do you think these stainless heat sheilds would look. Nice on my triple black, I think.

Your thoughts? PS if this does not show then go to

They would set off a triple black nicely.
Make sure they fit before shelling out the mazoolahs.

Well they look pretty cool, but they seem short at 26"s

Here is yet another version and they even come in ceramic coated.

Only issue that I have right now is that I think that the Cobra pipes are 3" in diameter vice our 4" Hooker's so mounting may be more difficult.

Doh. Stupid me, forgot the link: http://www.cobrastuff.com/

Hey Ken,

I created this post when I installed the covers. These are the only pics I have so far.
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=653937

I bought my covers from cobraaccessories. I got the satin ones instead of the chrome. The satin covers are longer (31 inches), so they'll more of the pipe.

Mark

Mark, thanks for the xtra pics, they look pretty cool.
It is funny, I had to borrow a tape measure for my office to gauge the dif between the 26" chrome and the 31" satin. I think I am going to do it based on the opinions you got...

But I think I'll try the chrome to mix things up :)
I'll post some pics once done.

Thanks much again!

Ken
