This is my friend's car, a 1924 buick. I've helped him work on this car on and off over the last couple of years. The pictures really don't do the car justice.










It was a very good learning experience and the guy help me a lot with mine.

Nice Buick ... is that a blower on a SBC under the hood.

Yes, there is a blower on it. Its a 350 sbc bored 40 over with a 6-71 blower and dual edelbrock 600 carbs. He did have nitrous on it but he traded a 4-71 blower and the nitrous setup to get a brand new 6-71 with the carbs. A very worth while trade. I don't know what the horsepower / torque numbers are but I do know the car weights about 3100 lbs. He's had it on the highway a few times already and said the backend will just fishtail all over the place when he nails it at 60 mph. :D
