1968 statistical/data question
285660 vettes built in 68
18630 built convertibles
9936 built coupes
L36 427/390 built 7717
L68 427/400 built 1932
L71 427/435 built 2898
my question is how many coupes vs convertibles per engine series above were built

Re: 1968 statistical/data question (kettererhouse)
Nobody knows! :) That data to the best of my knowledge doesn't exist from GM. You could "extrapolate", figuring about 2/3 coupes, 1/3 convertibles and do the math.
Using this reasoning, this is how some fellows will tell you that their Corvette is "one of only 6 with "this color, this option, this motor, etc". Chuck
