Default question on jcl inserts for sidepipes.(asap)

i need to know how tight they fit into the tubes ,are they snug or is there gaps around the edges of the auggers.Im doing something custom and need to know.

Pat, I painted the inside of my tubes with hi-temp alum paint before installing my JCLs. On one side the baffles lightly skimmed off the paint in one section and on the other, they slipped right in. Would appear that they are pretty close tolerence but with a small gap. Guess how straight your particular Hooker tubes and JCL baffles are enters into the matter. Charles
