New shot of my front coilovers
Just started using photo bucket as a host

This is a shot of the car on the outside set of ramps that I use alot for working on the undercarriage. They are 16 inch I beams layed on the side. Plenty strong and impossible to miss while driving on.

Re: New shot of my front coilovers (comp)
I installed the ramps years ago at next to no cost. They are 16 inches wide and installed as parallel as I could get and also level across from side to side. I drive off the retaining wall and up to the stops for the front wheels. It makes it very easy to clean the undercarriage or do work underneath. Since the entire car is off the ground you can work front to back without effort.
It is just a very cheap way of getting the car up in the air.

Re: New shot of my front coilovers (MEGLADON)
so..now we got a side shot, we had a front & engine shot. Take a shot of the rear and we will all finally have seen your entire car :)
Nice ramps, very nice. And sturdy too from the looks of it :)

Can I use the F word here ...
These are F-ing AWESOME !!!
My house is built on a hill ... Oak Hill Rd ... and has retaining walls all over.
I NEED a set of these ... maybe in the driveway.
How deep did you dig them ... what diameter footing ?
That's a lot of weight on the tall footings. I assume the other end sits on the ground, too.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA>>>>>>
another slick idea from Norval....only one thing, those ramps are outdoors, so what you do in the winter when you can't even SEE them?? just take a shot and hope for the best??? :D :D :D
can't do that in Florida, we have no hills.....
the only walls are against the water at some lake front property.....working out of a canoe under the car is a bit chancy....
wait a minit!!! I got a retaining wall in front next to the sidewalk no one walks on anyway....wonder if they would allow.....nah, well maybe I could ASK???

Re: New shot of my front coilovers (Avette4me)
This is a shot without the car on it.
Gene my car never sees snow or rain and the snow wouldn't ever get deep enough to cover the ramps.
George living in Nevada gets alot more snow then we do, alot more, 2 feet would be alot.
