My daughters car an 84 Gran Prix with a 3.8l Buick V6 has started to push oil up the dip stick tube as well as up the hose from the valve cover to the air cleaner housing. I checked the pcv valve and it seems ok, what else should I be looking at/checking?
Is it time to drop the 305 TPI in?

it's building pressure someway.... you may need to do a leak-down test..
also make sure it's not over full of oil

not over full of oil, it was down almost 1 1/2 quarts when I checked it tonight
