I have a late 70's vintage Pioneer AM/FM/Cassette with speakers in the kick panels. You can only really hear it at low speeds or with the top and windows up. I have an early 70s Pioneer 8-Track and a good Home 8-Track recorder, I just decided casettes are easier.

I can never do anything like a normal person....

I have the factory head unit just for looks.

For sound I have an XM cammander satelite receiver and a 20GB MP3 player with all of my albums on it. Those go into an a/b switch, then into a 1/3 octave EQ/parametric EQ and then into a remote volume controller, then into a 500watt soundstream amp out to a 10" sub and component speakers mounted behind the kick pannels.

So I have a bleeding edge system that does not play AM/FM, CDs, Cassettes, or even 8-Track ;)

Solid roller valvetrain in 462hp 385cid small block with chambered exhaust.

Currently have a pair of small Pioneers in the dash and what appear to be two boxed 5" speakers in back. It all came with the car. Sound is okay but I'd like to clear things out a bit.

Loooking at a 4" component pair and possibly a small sub in back to extend response. I like both classical and classic rock so I don't really need a monster thumper.

Anyone have a recommendation for a small sub?

Pioneer CD (want MP3) head unit pushing two Pioneer 4X6's (?) in the front, two Pioneer 6X9's in the rear, and a 400 watt Sony Amp pushing one 10" Alpine. Thing hits amazingly HARD!!
