Re: heater/ac blower motor fuse? (SIGNGUY)
There are two fuses, one to the control panel, feeding through a 'brown??' wire to the heater controll mechanism...this activaes the a/c clutch and the lo speed blower positions,...and when switching to the high speed position there is a fuse and direct wire from it....near the horn relay it's a thick orange wire going to the hi speed blower relay on the blower housing, above the exhaust manifold....
so there are in fact two circuits needs be live to run hi speed blower....
the underhood fuse is 30 amp, and in a white connector/holder, and it's famous for heating up and melting the fuse soldered connections internally, making it 'blow' when in fact the element is ok...and looks good....
don't ask how I know all this useless crap...please....
