Stripped AC compressor bolt.
After replace the water pump on my 79 I was replacing the belt on the ac. When I tightened the bolt on the back of the compressor it stripped out the threads in the compressor. Now I need to install a helicoil. I need to know how close the freon runs on inside of the bolt hole . How much room for error is there when drilling out the hole?
