I've got what I think is a bad 6AL box, I've got 6AL, MSD Distributor, MSD Blaster 2, MSD 8.5mm wires.

I'm not getting any voltage on the + side of the coil (made some other posts about this), but is there a way to bypass the Ign box without replacing the distributor?

Not with an MSD distributor, it needs the box to work.

And also you can't check a msd setup with a volt meter at the coil. A digital meter will show nothing. An analog will show 0 at startup and around 4 volts while running, when you actually have around 400 volts at the coil that cycles many times per second.(thats right, be careful) To get a true reading you would need some electronic testing equipment that go beyond a volt ohm meter.
