Stupid question, realy need help.
It there any way that you could have a intake bolt to long? Long enough to lock up a pushrod?
Is it me, or is the threads for the intake set to the side of the push rod bore? Could this realy happen?

On a small-block... yes. A too long intake bolt can indeed interfere with some of the pushrods. I am not sure but I think 1.25" is the longest that you're supposed to use.
The only stupid question is the one that never gets asked.
Best of luck. :yesnod:
