Having a bit of trouble finding a reasonable repair shop to work on my 82' vette. Looking to have minor repair work as well as replacing engine with a new crate engine. Just looking for someone honest and reliable. I had a number for a guy in San Dimas, but alas I have lost it.

Can anyone make any suggestions?

Going to a tech session tomorrow which is put on by my corvette club. I'll ask around. I do know of a place in Carpenteria which is about a 100 miles away from you. I need to take my 69 down to have the windows adjusted to the top. I guess from what he said is you fit the new top to the windows instead of the other way around.

Look up J&D Corvette in Bellflower. They've been around since the 60's & do great work.
