need a tip for books and manuals
I am just working on my rearaxle to fix the problems every c3 driver knows about.
But I need now a good -how to - manual with all the information of diff., drive shaft, bearings...!
(I have one book from HAYNES but there is no diff. inside).
Can anyone give me some tips what books I should have in my garage?
Thanks for all!!!
Jochen

A factory chassis manual for your year car will have that information in it.

The factory service manual is #1 in my book too! I would also polish the openings in the posi case with a die grinder to prevent cracks at a future date.

http://www.helmsinc.com you should find your service manual at this site. If they don't have your year, try another year, the info should be the same.
