Radiator seal kit (foam)??

Radiator seal kit (foam)??
Has anyone heard of a radiator seal kit. It is foam that seals the radiator to the support, this is done to assure proper cooling. I have a 73' with a 454 and just had the fan shroud replaced. The previous fan shroud was cut at the top so whoever worked on it could before could fit it in. I have our past club pres. do the work on the vette. He put in the in fan shroud (did not have to cut it.) He mentioned that I should get a radiator seal kit for the vette for proper cooling. We looked in Corvette Central catalog but could not find one. Has anyone see one in any of the other companies catalogs or online???? Am I that :crazy: that I can't find one???? Thanks for the help.

I just installed Doc Rebuilds kit on my '72 454. Other than having to trim the top seal slighthly, it all fit fine. BTW, there are actually 2 kits, 1 for radiator to support and 1 for shroud to radiator. I installed both. Don't forget the push-in-fasteners if you decide to install the radiator to support seal kit.
