Default New Heads (big pictures)

Finally saved up the money for these! They're World Sportsman 2 iron heads. 64cc chambers, 200cc intake port, 2.02 intake, 1.6 exhaust. Used about 5000 miles on my friend's 383. He did some mild work in the ports, lapped the valves, and had them broached for seal. Comp Cams guide plates, rocker studs, and the valve assemblies were included. I'm actually using part of the next paycheck to take a set of Comp Cams Magnum roller tip rockers and ARP head bolts off his hands ($65 total). This guy has given me some great deals.

I've been making about $200 each paycheck changing oil 19 hours a week, so it's taken me 6 weeks and finally I picked them up today. 3 more weeks of college and they should be on soon after I'm home. Quickly followed by headers, torque convertor, and a shift kit.

Here they are:

I'd appreciate comments from others with these heads. Thanks

What doya know, hard work pays off!
Chris

hah, I take it that means she doesn't like you buying car parts? All I've got now is gas money, and I think that might upset the girlfriend anyway ;)

Edit: Maybe I was wrong, or she doesn't know about these yet "Mods: 383 stroker, 17's, Corbeau seats."
