Default Brake booster diaphram

Is the smaller diaphram such as a 7" versus a 8" or 9" make any difference in braking perofrmance when converting manual brakes to power brakes?

P.S. This is going on a 67 Camaro

The larger the diaphram, the more assist you get. You can also go to dual diaphram boosters. It's a delicate balance and it's easy to get too little or too much if you aren't well versed in boosters (I'm not).
