Default 73' 4-speed lower control arms

Ugh, i'm using the air chizel / put it in the vise method of getting the control arm bushings out of my lower arms. My vehicle has been in a front end accident, and i simply cannot get one of my bushings out, i think the arm might be slightly bent. The a-arm shaft seems to be slightly off with the rubber out of the bushings. Anyway, i'm seriously considering replacing them and was wondering what kind of upgrades i can do at this time. I'd like to keep my coil springs, but are there tubular a-arms for corvettes? I"ve got em on my air ride equipped 71 el camino, are the same things available for a corvette? Are there any other a-arm choices out there for these cars? Thanks, Mike Cook If any of you have any other suggestions as to getting these bushings out, that might be a help too. I might give in and have them pressed sooner or later. Thanks, mike.
