Default carb selection

ok, sounds like beating a dead horse... but i have stumbled across 2 carbs at a resonable price! first one is a 725 cfm road demon, and second is a 650cfm race demon. now i went to their web site but it was not very informative. i have a 350 with true duals, edelbrock performer intake, summit cam 442 intake 465 exhaust 214/224 duration cam, around 9.4-1 comp ratio... which carb should i use for best performance!!!!

I would choose the DP over the VS. Be better if you could get a 750 DP tho.
