Here it is:
here you can see the frame that bolts into the front, the hing is just 2 long ears made from 10mm thick steel with bronze bushing in it where a hinge pin goes through, it just goes through the ears you see in the upper most pic. It's now installed temporarily with allen bolts and nuts, will replace with a pin.
Still need to clean up the whole deal..there's RUST on it :eek: :leaving:
Will have it powdercoated.
The whole deal can be adjusted with the hing part on the front, which can slide left & right to properly center the nose, up down is done with the frame extension. That's why those M20 allen bolts are in there (and not visible but there's also the stock strap plate with the 2 bolts), this so the thing does not sag.
You can also see the little steel cable, this keeps the hood from going too ..in case a gust of wind hits it :)
