Corey, I don't think it would fit. I went through this myself and am about to throw a fully ported and milled down Vic Jr. on mine. I have my Holley Strip Dominator for sale in parts. The Holley measures a little over 6 inches in back and a little under 5 in front. All of the other single plane high rise manifolds have the same height front and rear and the front is where you run into interference. I have 1/4 inch clearance in front with the Holley and my L88 hood. Hope this helps. The good news is my 502 made 614 horspower with the Holley manifold and the 950 HP carb.

Appreciate the info. I'm going to pass on the Dart, I don't want to hack up a new manifold plaus I'd have to modify it so I can use my demon. Out of curiousity, how much did you have to plane off the Vicotr jr. for it to fit? Also what kind of gains did you get over the Holley?

Thanks

Corey, I haven't gotten the Vic on there yet so I don't know of the gains but Mondello, who did the porting said it should be 25 horsepower at the least combined with the little bigger carb I am putting on. Eventually I will go with a solid roller so the gains will be bigger then. I plan to chassis dyno in a month or so but it won't mean much as the previous was on an engine dyno. the height of the Vic was 5.9 inches front and back so they didn't have to mill all that much when you consider the angle to the front of the manifold.

The Dart is an inch taller than the Victor Jr.

That is the one Corey. The biggest thing I noticed between it and the Holley is the runner dividers extend much farther into the plenum on the Edelbrock. From all my research though the Holley is a good manifold and it does fit the L88 hood perfectly. The Vic also does not have a vacuum port and is one water outlet short. The Holley is a true bolt in if you need the vacuum and use the heater etc.
