Burgundy 69

While examining my trailing arms today, I noticed that both have stickers on the inside of the arms (I could not read them from my vantage point under the car). I wondered if they would have come from the factory that way (69), or if these may be replacement items. My car has passed through a number of hands so it is unlikely I would find a previous owner who may shed light on this.
