For '78 S/A Only
I was at a car show Sunday alittle kid asked me what my number my car is as in # of 15283. I said they didn't number these. Could we start a link to where you can put in your serial number or date to get a ballpark figure of the order they were made? My car was made in Oct. '77.

They do number them. Well not the S/A individually, but all the 78s
say if your vin was 194670S404102 then your sequence number would be 04102

My car is number 13251 and was built in Nov of 77 (if I remember right from my trim tag)

#30090 built in June 78. As mentioned, unlike the Pace Cars which had a special VIN, the SA's did not and were part of the regular sequencing.
