AC vents not working
Well the AC blows cold from the lower vents but nothing out the dash vents. I have good vacuum going to the climate control switch. I also have installed a new switch. The testing that I have done shows the vacuum actuator on the rear plenum is bad and also the fresh air vacuum actuator is also bad. Neither actuator will hold a vacuum. What is the process of replacing the vacuum actuator on the plenum?Does the complete dash have to be removed? How difficult is it? Since everything else on the car is working now I think it is time to get this fixed.

Sorry, forgot to mention that it is a '80. Also, the defrost portion of the climate control works fine also. I am thinking that the dash is going to have to be removed to replace the actuator. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
