Default OT: Engine bay cleaning

This is off topic, but you're the best resource I have. I have a '98 TransAm with LS1, but the engine, and engine compartment are a MESS! :U

What is the best method of getting things cleaned up? This is beyond the usual methods. I need a steam clean, or something.

If the suggestion is a shop, any suggestions in North West Las Vegas?

Thanks!
David
