Need help with shoulder harness retracter
Anyone know anything about a 69 shoulder retractor? My pass won't wind up. I took it apart and it just seems like the spring isn't wound tight enough. No matter how many times I wind it there is no tension. Otherwise it is in good shape so I'm trying to avoid sending it out.

LOL, my 69 didnt come with any seat belts, i didnt even know there was a shoulder belt harness.
