what can $20k get me?
i got a car i can get for 20k that ive posted on here a few times

but i want to know what other options i have for around 20k that would fit my requirements:
big block
manual tranny
preferrably convertable maybe ttops:confused:
and power options (a/c if possible and others)
and must be close to stock
69 model year preferred or other chrome bumper years.
anybody know of what i can get for 20k or any corvettes for sale around this price you know of? thanks in advance! -Bob

That looks like a pretty nice car, and $20K does not seem unreasonable for it. Under the hood, that car looks fairly intact (hard to tell on the smaller stuff), and the interior looks very good.
Most of the '69 big block coupes I've seen in good or very good condition hover near $18-20K and the verts for closer to $21-23. Really nice originals or full restos can go for considerably more.
Patience is all, though. I shopped for a year before I got my car, and I got it with 49K original miles for well under $20K.

I thought you had already bought this car???
We had determined it had the 82 CE rims on it. Keep me in mind if you get it, and decide to take off the rims.
