Default 69 frame/body mount questions

I have a 69 cpe that i had to change the frame on (rust). I put a 73 frame under it. Do i need the body mount kit for the 69 or the newer rubber one for the 73 and up. I have measured every point i can find on both frames and they are the same. Does anyone have any knowledge in this they are willing to share? The only differance i can find in both frames is the rear brake cable mounts. Need help.

Either will work. There has been some that just changed to the rubber mounts on older Vettes. The rubber mounts reduce some of the vibrations and would be a good choice.

Go with the later rubber body mounts. I did this on my '69 coupe and it made a very noticeable improvement. This raises the body by about 1/4" off the frame compared to the original hard '69 mounts. The only thing you may have to do is raise your steering column a bit.
