Lowered (Oh no! ..) part 2
Here are pictures of my lowered car from this afternoon. The distance from the ground to the upper wheel well is 25" in the front, and 25.5" in the rear. I took off the rubber spoiler lip for extra clearance. I just need to install the adjustable strut rods now and get a 4-wheel alignment.
Though it turned out lower than I wanted, I may just keep it this way for a while.

That doesn't look safe if you hit a bump in the road. Your suspension geometry is probably messed up too (even after the alignment)...

Re: Lowered (munday)
It will only get lower after it settles. I have my fender set at about 26" front. The tires I have are about 26.5" front, and I clear most speed bumps, but drag the front on dips and driveways.

Re: Lowered (BSeery)
I would like to do that to mine, mine doesn't see to much anyways. I worry though, what about the dynomax headers, does anyone know if they would scrape???????????????

I've got a strange feeling that 82Red doesn't even run headers. My hedmans scraped -way- too much, even with an extra 1.5" of height or so..
But I'm lowering it back down to the lowered height. :)

Re: Lowered (Pacin'California)
my headmans scraped a bunch, but only going to my old job cuz there were speedbumps. I've been careful with the dynomax's, so I don't really know how bad they are. I really like that slammed look but I think it might look better with stock wheels and I am running the 17 inch TT2s.

Re: Lowered (BSeery)
The car has settled about an inch since I first cut the springs. After driving it around town a couple of times and jumping on it many times, I think it has settled already to where it's at.

Ive tried to right click and save your pics but they wont save as a normal bitmap as in I try to go back and look at your shots, but my PC doesnt recognize the file type and wont open the pic.
Anyone had the same problem with these shots!!
I can usually save pics all day long as bitmaps or jpegs.
