Well subject says it all. I need to replace or repair both of the front fenders on my 1969. The worst of the damage is in the lower area directly in front of the tires. Both sides are missing part of the fiberglass and I have had no luck in locating any replacement parts to splice in. How hard is it to just replace both fenders and what is the best company out there for fenders? I have read all the books on the subject, have the tools but not sure on the level of skill required to get everything lined up correctly. Local Corvette shop wants 8-10 hrs per side labor @ $60 per. Thanks

The parts you need should be here ... looks like $110 per side ... or $500 for the whole front half.

As far as doing the job, it will be like any other fiberglass seam. I'm no
expert, so I would say find a book or video to teach technique. The biggest
issue I see you having is to get the distance between the two sides correct
so that the bumper/grills fit on OK.
