Default Alignment question

I am now finished with a complete front and rear suspension rebuild. I will be taking it to the shop on Tuesday for the alignment. The problem is, I plan on getting new tires after the alignment is done. I don't want to have the new tires on with the alignment being so far out when I drive to the shop. Will putting on new tires after the alignment change the specs too much?
I have 255-60's all around now, and will be getting 255-60 for the front and 275-60 for the rear.

New tires do not change the alignment. You're fine.

I always pay for the lifetime alignment, then, future alignments are never a problem

You should wait until you have the new tires on before the alingment. The 275's will raise the rear about an inch. This will change the front caster setting.
If you must aling it before the tires, see if they can set it up for maximum caster, around 3+ degs pos. Also, ask them to do a before and after printout. It's not an uncommon request.
