I have a set of side exhaust from Allans exhaust (SS w/fiberglass covers) they bolt right to the rams horn manifolds. Are there any headers out there that will work with these pipes (I realize there will need to be some fabtication) but most headers are to long and exit straight back.

I know your problem. I had Dynomax Headers long before getting the side pipe itch.

My solution was doable, but not ideal. The muffler guy ordered 180 degree mandrel bent pipes and just brought it back to match up with Allen's Mufflers.

Probable loosing some power with this setup, but it was the easiest way to go without almost starting over. I cannot detect any power loss, but am sure there is some.

You need a creative muffler guy if you go with regular headers.

Headman and Stahl both sell sidepipe headers that point out towards the side of the car rather than straight back. And with a little modification to your current sidepipes you should be able to hook up to them.

Another option would be to just switch to a shorty block hugger header. Its not ideal but better than a manifold.
