door hinge bushing replacement
How do I replace the lower door hinge pin and bushing?
Drivers door appears to have sagged to the point I can barely open it.
Also what is the Corvette faqs web site?

Re: door hinge bushing replacement (jroyse)
The bottom should be fairly easy compared to the top.
The pins 'tap' out.
The trouble with the top is that the pin often can hit the fiberglass fender.
You might need to loosen the pillar side of teh lower hinge to get the bushings
out and in with the top pin still in place. Mark where the hinge is to start.
A sharpy or light coat of spray paint does the trick. Some people drill two
small holes through the hinge/pillar to relocate.
