Default Seat Belt Help Needed

I have a saddle interior on my 74... My seat belts need attention. The belts are stuck in the lock postion. I cannot get them to retract. The darn things are locked in place. Any suggestions would be awesome. THX

I had a similiar incident, and found little pieces of thread (webbing) had wound up in the edges of the spool! Cut 'em out and your back in business. Hopefully it's that easy a fix! :banghead:

Hopefully it is the easy fix like previously mentioned. Often the retractors rust because they are in a recess that traps water. If they are rusted up you should consider replacing them. These people did a great job on mine but they are not cheap. http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/
