yes
but make sure to get the non restricted 906 castings and you will need a vortec style intake. Also remember you can only use .48" of lift, but you can get more by grinding the seats or using beehive springs.
Pocket porting is also worth some good power

a 327 block is a 350 block. The crankshaft strokes are about the only difference.
