~paging Cali,68~ more polishing
OK David, so now you can start calling me ****, but I'm still not as bad as you, I will not take a picture of the mess under my hood. and my interior is not spotless. So there. :p: :p: :p: :p:
I polished the T Top bar today,
And while-I-was-at-it-itus hit, and I went ahead and rubbed on the truck mirrors.

Re: ~paging Cali,68~ more polishing (Cali,68,L-79)
I bought a cheapy polishing kit at home depot. $10.00 (3 buffing wheels and 3 different rouge's) and used my old Milwaukee drill. it work pretty good.
I have a Riobi on request for fathers day, I will probably have to buy it myself, but its the thought that counts.
This is my last post for a week, I'm off to Salt Lake tomorrow morning for some railroad electrical trouble shooting & circuitry classes...
I'll be back on Friday night. Talk to ya then. :seeya

Re: ~paging Cali,68~ more polishing (81' Corvette Guy)
66 Stinger sold me the kit. I got the 1/2 hp Elec buffer, 3 pads, 3 rouges for around $45 from Harbor freight, rebuilt. It literally will wipe the sorface down to the bare metal if you want to. I used it on the 1977's Eagle type 77 17" rims and they came out like glass. take a look at my webpage under 'dedication to Cali-1. Arguably the shinest polished rims on the west coast.
