How do you like your T-top wind deflector
I've seen these wind deflectors that snap on the windshield header and shoot the wind higher and over the cockpit.
What's the verdict? How do you like yours?
Thanks,
JU

I do not have a set yet, (planning on it) but I do know a lady that has a set on her 79 and she loves them, no wind whatsoever in the cockpit. :yesnod:

In 1 word.....................AWESOME.
I'm 6'3" and the wind normally hit me in the top of the head with the tops off. Also, noise drops ALOT

I have been looking at these pretty closely and debating wheter I want to shell out the 150$ or make one out of aluminum. My only concern is seeing just how exactly they attach..

No no no no no no. Don't be silly. Here's a pic:
It mounts using 2 screws with grommets that go through the existing t-top mounting holes. Takes 2 minutes to install. Here's the manufacturer's website: http://www.ameripolco.com/ Very nice people :yesnod:

I love mine. I use a draw string bag to keep it in and modified the mounting slightly. Now it requires no tools to mount. :yesnod:
