Your pulley #3858533 fits the following:
1965 327/365HP & Fuel Injection
1968 327/350 HP without power steering
1969 to 1973 350 high performance & special high performance without air conditioning
1974 to 1979 350 without air conditioning
I got this info from my factory GM parts book for 1953-1982 Corvette.
The part number for the power steering pulley are:
69-74 350 with Air Conditioning 3770509 This has a size of 5 47/64 inches
Also listed is this one 71-74 3834720 no size listed for this one.
Hope this helps.

Re: GM Part # Guys Please Help (Corvette ED)
Corvette ED...you are a life saver. I can't thank you enough for your time and efforts. I suspected my crank pully was not correct...but had a hard time researching the #. A long search through GM parts direct told me it's wrong for 72, but that site gives no description/application. Gotta order the correct 72 pully. Thanks again Ed....I owe ya a
