Polished Rims (finally)
I finally got around to polishing my CE rims. Now my fingers hurt like hell, and I found out the dog really likes masking tape (2 whole rolls of it).
Here is a before and after shot.
Paint stripped, and several hours of sanding.
All taped up, and painted. yes its black, and I did repaint with flat black, I never did make it to Phoenix to get the correct color. I still have plans on getting these chromed, and will use the correct color then.
My daughter liked it this high off of the ground, anyone want to come over and smack her???
Back to the correct hight, and looking 100% better

Didn't all that masking try your patience? :D Look great though. Love the license plate too: ETMYDST very appropriate considering you live in the desert! :D

Re: Polished Rims (Cali,68,L-79)
Dog you can no longer call anyone **** from here on.
And the taping part wasn't that hard, I had all 4 of them done in about 2 hours.
What was killer was all the damn sanding, I spent maybe 4 hours per rim. and I still didn't get them perfect. Oh well they look good from 5 feet away.
